Mask of choice

I am uisng “Circle Mask”

By Monti, You can find it “Here”

It is under the “Extra's Tab”.

No Filters Needed

Font of choice,

I am using “Celestia Medium Redux 1.55”

Drop Shadow

Vertical & Horizontal: 1 – Opacity: 75 – Blur: 1.00

New Image

Resolution: 96,000

Color: #ffffff

Open LH_StPatricksday Paper #4

Copy/Paste as new layer

Close Original

Layers – Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk

Layers - Merge Group

Merge Down

Add LH_StPatricksday Paper #09

Copy/Paste as new layer

Close Original

Add Tube

Resize if needed

Add

Add LH_StPatricksday Clover Frame #2

Close out to tube and background layer

Magic wand

Click inside Frame

Selections – Modify – Expand :2

Selections – Invert

Reopen/Highlight Background

Delete

Select None (Ctrl+D)

Reopen Tube

Duplicate Frame – Move one below the tube

Highlight Tube

Eraser Tool

Size: 36 – Hardness: 50 – Step: 5 –

Density: 100 – Thickness: 100 -

Rotation: 0 – Opacity: 100

Highlight Top Frames

Use Eraser Tool and erase top portion of the top frame

Merge Down – Merge Down- Merge Down

until you have the tube merged with the frames

Highlight tube layer

Add

Add your copyright information

Lets Animate

Copy Background

Open Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Duplicate until you have 13frames

Open Sophisticat Simone

Ani. From Kit

Resize 450 x 364 pixels

Select All

Animation – Cull – remove 1 frame every 2 frames

giving you 13 frames

Select All copy(ctrl+a+c)

Back to your tag Select All paste (ctrl+a+e)

Back To PSP

Copy Tube Layer

Back to AS

Paste as new animation

Duplicate until you have 13 frames

Select All copy(ctrl+a+c)

Back to your tag Select All paste (ctrl+a+e)

Now add your name

Set frame Properties at 20%

Save as Gif
