if needed

Move
tube between frames
Use
your Selection Tool – Circle
Add
Marching Ants on the top frame
Highlight
Background – Promote Background Layer
Selections
-Invert – Delete
Highlight
Top Frame
Eraser
Tool – Erase portion of Frame
so
the tube looks like it is coming out of frame
Now
before adding elements
Merge
down top frame and tube onto the bottom frame
Move
background and frame and tube up a bit
