All/Copy
Go
to your Background

All/Paste
Back
to PSP
Copy
your Tag Layer
Back
to AS
Paste
as a new animation
Duplicate
until you have 12 frames
Select
All/Copy
Background
Select
All/Paste
Add
Name
Save
as Gif

Now
for the AVI.
Size
of your choice
Do
the same as your tag.
All
the same expect for the animation,
your
only going to add the Noise to the AVI.
